RESOLVED: Friday, September 4th Hypervisor Issue On Friday, September 4th, 2020 a hypervisor located in Montreal suffered a NIC failure, as a result there was approximately 15 minutes of downtime until the NIC was replaced and the node was rebooted. Resolved View 
Latency increase between VAN1-TOR3 We are observing slight latency increases between VAN1 and TOR3. We continue to monitor and investigate this issue. Resolved View 
Fiber Cut MTL1 On Wednesday, September 23rd, 2020 at approximately 8:40 AM EST, a Fiber Line was accidentally cut in MTL1 while the Datacenter was performing remote hands. We are aware of the issue and are working on a replacement line currently. Our backup fiber line remains in-tact and has taken the full load until the primary line is back online. Resolved View
